Here is the cardigan finished and like the t-shirt before it has all the alterations of the Fractured Knit cardigan except the FBA.
This is the first time that I have done buttonholes on a knit fabric which had me very nervous, however Suzanne told us to use tearaway underneath the band, and using the knit buttonhole on my Janome I was very pleased with the result.
Now Sew Hopeful did make a comment about my use of waxed thread, Burda have the perfect explanation for this Unsung Notion.
You look fantastic in animal print 🙂

Thanks for the link Sharon. It was great reading. I just subscribed to Threads and I can't get over how great that mag is as well as the website. I remember my grandmother had a lump of beeswax in her sewing box and now I know why.

This looks great! You might want to consider snaps using Snap It. They have some lovely choices of snap colors and styles. I have to admit though using those give me more concern about lining up both sides of the snap than buttonholes. I like the top and cardi together. Fits you well

Such a great addition to your wardrobe. You'll be surprised by just how many things you'll be able to pair this with. I purchased a beautiful vintage faux leopard coat a few years ago. It goes with almost everything.
